Minutes, 1909 Dec. 21 - 1911 Nov. 20, of the company's stockholders meetings detailing actions taken by that body, including the attempted reorganization of the company undertaken beginning 1911 Nov. 20, after the Alabama Superintendent of Banks declared it insolvent. Placed within the minutes book are also notices of the board of directors meetings of the bank and realty company, letters of resignation, a monthly statement of the realty department, 1911 Aug. 8; a general statement of the real estate department, 1911 July 1, and monthly statements with enclosed cancelled checks from the City Bank and Trust Co. of Mobile for 1910 Jan. and Feb.
